Rememver is built on the principle that your memories belong to you, and only you decide who sees them.
1. Private by Default
Unlike social media networks, Rememver is a private vault. There are no public feeds, no "likes", and no algorithms scanning your content to sell ads. Your capsules are invisible to the world until you choose to deliver them.
2. Encryption & Storage
All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS. Your files are stored in secure, private cloud storage buckets (AWS S3) with strict access controls. Only signed, temporary URLs are generated when a recipient needs to access a file—and only after the delivery conditions are met.
3. Verification & Trustees
To prevent unauthorized or premature access, we use a Trustee system for event-based delivery. Trustees must verify their identity via secure links, and you can require a consensus (e.g., 2 out of 3 trustees must agree) before a capsule is unlocked.
4. Data Integrity & Auditing
We maintain an audit log of critical actions (capsule creation, modification, trustee access). In our B2B/Enterprise tier, we offer cryptographic hashing to prove that your message has not been altered since the day it was recorded.
5. You Own Your Data
You can download your content or delete your account at any time. When you delete a capsule, it is permanently removed from our storage.
