Is Rememver a replacement for a legal will?
No. Rememver is a service for personal messages, emotional support, and storing copies of documents for convenience. It does not carry legal weight for asset distribution. Please consult a lawyer for wills and estates.
What if I change my mind about a capsule?
You can edit, reschedule, or delete any undelivered capsule at any time. Once a capsule is delivered, the recipient has a copy, but you can still delete it from your dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Rememver uses a one-time payment model with no subscriptions. The Starter Pack is $49 and includes 5 video memories. You can purchase additional packs anytime. Credits never expire and all features are included.
How do Trustees verify an event?
When you set up a capsule, you invite Trustees via email. They don't need to pay. If a triggering event occurs (e.g., your passing), they log in to the Trustee Portal and click "Verify". Once the required number of trustees verify, the capsule is unlocked.
Can I download my videos?
Yes, you can download your original files at any time from your dashboard.
